We offer traditional Balinese massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and reflexology. Service availability depends on the individual therapist. You can see each therapist's offerings on their profile page.

All Hush bookings are outcall — your therapist travels to your villa, hotel, or accommodation with everything they need. A transport fee from 100,000 IDR is added based on distance.

Most bookings are confirmed within 2 minutes. Travel time depends on distance and traffic — Bali traffic can be unpredictable. Once confirmed, you'll see a live GPS map with your therapist's location and estimated arrival time.

Yes. You can select up to 3 preferred therapists when booking. Each gets a 5-minute exclusive window to accept. If none respond, your booking is automatically broadcast to all available matching therapists. You can also choose "First available" for the fastest match.

Yes. Choose "Schedule" in Step 1 and pick any date and time up to 30 days in advance. The cascade (finding you a therapist) begins 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Payment is charged at the time of booking.

"First available" means your booking is broadcast to all eligible therapists at the New tier price. The first therapist to accept gets the job. This is the fastest way to find a therapist and always uses New tier pricing regardless of who accepts.

If no therapist accepts within 10 minutes of broadcast, your booking expires and you receive a full 100% refund automatically. No action required on your part. You'll receive a notification explaining what happened.

Yes. You can enter a different name and contact details during checkout. Just make sure the contact WhatsApp number provided is reachable — we'll send booking updates there.

Sessions are available in 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute durations. There is no minimum beyond 30 minutes.

Yes. Step 1 of the booking form includes a special requests field. You can specify preferences like pressure level, areas to focus on, or anything else you'd like the therapist to know.

Our policy is state-based: (1) Before your therapist confirms: 100% refund — free cancellation. (2) After confirmation but before they start traveling: 75% refund — the therapist receives 50,000 IDR. (3) After your therapist starts traveling (GPS active): 0% refund — the therapist receives full pay. This is because they've already committed time and travel costs.

Open your booking confirmation or navigate to your booking status page. You'll see a "Cancel Booking" option as long as you're eligible for a refund. After the therapist starts traveling, cancellation is disabled.

If the therapist cancels your confirmed booking, you receive a 100% refund automatically. Therapists who cancel three times within 30 days are suspended for 24 hours to maintain service reliability.

If the therapist arrives and cannot access you or you're not present, this is recorded as a no-show. You receive no refund and the therapist receives full pay, as they've traveled to your location.

Refunds are processed immediately to the original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You'll receive a confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Currently, bookings cannot be modified once confirmed. If you need to change the time or location, you'll need to cancel (subject to the cancellation policy) and rebook.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not currently accept cash or bank transfers for online bookings.

Our payment processor charges in USD for international transactions. All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with a USD equivalent. You're charged in USD at the current exchange rate, which is refreshed every 6 hours.

Prices vary by session duration. Prices range from 200,000 IDR (30 min) to 650,000 IDR (120 min). Visit our Pricing page for the full breakdown.

A transport fee from 100,000 IDR is added to cover the therapist's travel (estimated Gojek cost, rounded up to the nearest 100,000 IDR). The exact fee is shown before you confirm payment.

Yes! After your session, you'll see a tip screen with preset options (50,000 / 100,000 / 150,000 IDR) or a custom amount. 100% of the tip goes directly to your therapist — the platform absorbs the processing fee on tips. Tipping is completely optional.

Yes. All payments are processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Yes. If you have an account, your payment method can be saved for faster checkout on future bookings. You'll see saved cards listed alongside "Add new card" during checkout.

Prices shown are the full amount you pay. As a marketplace platform, we do not add additional taxes on top of the displayed price.

All therapists must upload their KTP (Indonesian national ID), confirm they are 18+, and complete our verification checklist. Pro therapists (⭐) have additionally completed 25+ sessions with 10 verified customer reviews and a 4.5+ average rating. All profile content is reviewed for appropriateness before approval.

When your therapist taps "On My Way," their location is shared with you in real time via our live tracking map. You see their exact position and estimated arrival time (ETA via Google Maps). GPS tracking stops once they arrive at your location.

Therapists have an SOS button available throughout every active booking. If you're a customer and feel unsafe, contact us immediately via WhatsApp — our support team is available 24/7. All incidents are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.

Yes. Reviews marked "⭐ Verified Booking" are only possible after a completed, paid booking. They carry more weight in our rating system (weight 1.0) compared to community reviews (weight 0.5). You can filter reviews by type on any therapist profile.

Therapists receive your name, your location (for outcall), and booking details. Your email address and full payment information are never shared with therapists. We share only what is necessary for them to complete the service.

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or use the in-app dispute process. Our AI support chatbot handles most issues immediately. Complex disputes are escalated to our human team within minutes. For quality complaints, we may issue credits or full refunds depending on the circumstances.

Currently, Hush operates in southern Bali (Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, Uluwatu, Denpasar, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Pererenan). Coverage may vary by therapist availability in each area. We're expanding to new areas regularly.

Daily earnings depend on how many bookings you accept. With 4–6 sessions/day, most therapists earn significantly more than traditional spa wages.

Pro (⭐) is earned by completing 25+ sessions, receiving 10+ verified customer reviews, and maintaining a 4.5+ average rating. Pro therapists appear first in search results.

Payouts are processed nightly at 8pm Bali time (WITA) via Wise to your Indonesian bank account. You receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your earnings breakdown: sessions, tips, and bonuses shown separately.

Yes. You receive a WhatsApp notification for each new booking. Simply reply or tap Accept. If you don't respond, the booking moves to the next available therapist. You control your availability via the online/offline toggle in your dashboard.

Therapist-initiated cancellations always result in a 100% refund for the customer. Three cancellations within 30 days result in a 24-hour account suspension. We ask therapists to only accept bookings they can definitely complete.

Yes. The therapist dashboard, onboarding flow, and all therapist-facing communications are fully available in Bahasa Indonesia. You can toggle between English and Indonesian at any time.

It depends on your partner type: Villas earn 50,000–75,000 IDR/booking. Villa management companies earn 75,000–100,000 IDR/booking. Hotels earn 75,000–100,000 IDR/booking. Spas earn 50,000–75,000 IDR/booking. Coworking/tour operators earn 25,000 IDR/booking.

Yes! Villa partners earn 50,000 IDR for referring another villa partner. Spa partners earn 200,000 IDR when a referred spa reaches 10 bookings.

Spa partners receive a free visual booking calendar — rooms × time slots — that prevents double-bookings automatically. You can add walk-in, WhatsApp, or phone bookings in 10 seconds. Hush bookings appear with a 🌐 indicator. Three automation modes: Manual (you confirm each), Semi-auto (auto-fills empty slots), Full-auto (zero involvement).

Your referral link or QR code tracks bookings. Every time a guest books through your link (or mentions your property), you earn the commission. Tiers upgrade automatically at the end of each month based on booking volume. No applications needed.
